Want this game so badly! But why is Miss Peach pink and Madame Rose/ Mystique orange??? Considering Peach is always orange (as peaches are that color) and Rose should be pink (since rose is a shade of pink) It always bothered me 😂 excellent review btw!!!

I had Cluedo Supersleuth, where the masnsion was a random stack of room tiles. It also had a dog and a butler you could move to prevent players from getting to the hallway to make their predictions. Is that version still available?

@@HappyHaunting I Just bought a sealed copy of Supersleuth. It had two figures of Colonel Mustard and was missing the butler (picked one up on easily on ebay).

I think the U.S. version looks better. Most of the rooms on the board look better in the U.S. version. The lounge doesn't look like much of a lounge to me. I agree that hunted animal heads on the wall would be more fitting for the trophy room. And the U.S. version cards are better also.

Probably only on eBay. But the US version is currently available as a remake.

How, during all the re-theming of Clue that there has been in recent years... The Office, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Golden Girls, Alien vs. Predator... how has there NEVER been a version of Clue based on the movie?? I actually wrote USAopoly on Facebook and asked them if they would consider it since they had done a lot of the other licensed Clue versions out there, and they wrote back suggesting I contact Hasbro directly with the request. Kind of strange, since USAopoly is the company that usually does all the Clue re-themes, but I did as they suggested. Oh well.

We got the version of the mansion... Can architecture be copyrighted? It would be unlikely to license the likenesses of all the actors.

Which version depicts the movie's mansion? 86? Yeah, all the actors' likenesses would be the biggest hurdle to overcome, for sure. Christopher Lloyd in particular refused to allow his likeness to be used in a digital reproduction of The Addams Family pinball machine on the popular Pinball Arcade app, so they had to make the Uncle Fester face on the game's playfield somewhat generic-looking. Yet, I see him on various other licensed items based on films he was a part of (Back to the Future), so maybe his asking price was just too much for that particular project?
