Hello Amber, just wanted to thank you for all the beautiful videos that you are sharing! I love the music and the wonderful process of your videos! I have lots of product that sat on my craft room shelves for years...and now because of your videos I have been using it, with a whole new fondness. Thank you so much! God bless!

I never have good success with the oxides. Thanks for showing me this technique for creating a wonderful background. I have all the supplies on hand to accomplish this, so I'll be playing this vlog later, on this cool, overcast and rainy day. A perfect day to play.

I loved the first music choice also. Music is subjective, so I find calming, quiet music adds to the video rather than detracting from it. Altogether this to me is a great video. Thank you. 😊

OK, so yes, I am procrastinating doing chores with the excuse that I'm doing "research" for our weekly Skype Craft coming up in two days. In reality, I'm doing a deep dive through your channel and having an absolute blast. I'm clicking on any vid with "Distress Oxide" in the title and a thumbnail pic that I like. Making comments to prolong the procrastination until at least lunchtime. And, ya know, to let you know that Hey! We're out here watching your stuff!

WOW! Love the effect of the paper towel over the oxides. Also like that you left in all the trial and error, it is good to know that the You Tubers I watch don't know exactly where they are going to put their bits and pieces. I can work for days on a project until I am happy with it. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Bella, YES, I will definitely try this technique. I'm making a bunch of backgrounds to take with me on a month long journey. Then I can add to, collage, draw over, etc. Since I can't take All of my art stuff with me (oh no), I'll have fun getting a head start. I'm excited to do it and I just love your results. The colors look great (I admit to using lots of aqua, pink, and purple too, I love bright colors), but this one goes great with the ephemera and your sentiments. Thank you. Jane

Late to the party commenting and liking this video... how very beautiful! The brand of paper towels I use in Australia has beautiful wavey lines, so should go well with this technique. I watched it very late at night and you inspired me that morning to take all the colours you used to do my tags in my lunch break at work. My colleagues at work always drop by to check out my 'playing'. They all expressed surprise at the not normal 'Annie colours' but liked them. Thanks for reminding us to step outside of our comfort zone / routine. In between the usual weekend housework groundhog day, I will give this a go! Also just realised you are working in a tan journal. Only taken me two videos so far to twig to this. Couldn't for the life of me work out what was different. I can be so dense at times... 😂. P S loved watching your though processes of trying different positions of your clusters.

As always - I love your artistry. I am so excited to share this with you & your "posse". Tonight my neighbor asked me to go to Bingo with her. I've never ever ever gone to Bingo in my entire life. In order to play Bingo you have to have "bingo markers" and you can buy them at the Bingo Hall. They're ink. They're in all colors. You take the cap off, turn the marker upside down and press down on the paper and it makes the most beautiful near perfect ink circles you can imagine. At they Bingo Hall they cost $1.50 but one of the ladies told me you can buy them at the Dollar Store for....here it comes...$1.00. I was more interested in the bingo markers than the game. My friend was laughing so hard because I took a few markers and was making little flowers, etc. Hate bingo but love the bingo ink markers. Run Ladies...run and get beautiful and cheap inks.
