Once you start loosing weight you will find that your joint pain will diminish also. When I was 255 someday I could barely move. When I got to 104, I started eating again. I'm 4'9", and my weight goes from 125 to 130. Dr says I can go to 120 but no lower. Now I have degenerative joint disease but pain is under control. Whew!

I would use the wheel barrow for fruit in general. You could also do flowers. Just depends on if you want it to be purely decorative or decorative AND functional :)

I take Osteo Bi-Flex. I have arthritis and find that this works good for my joint pain. I need to look into the Collegen stuff that you was talking about. I love going to the Dollar Tree and looking to see if I can find some of the good stuff you find. Every now and then I get lucky and find a item I have been looking for
