@@tiffanymartha5468 right, I’m still in dispute with them with PayPal and all. Shipping to china is horrible and over 100 dollars plus they don’t refund you for shipping cost. It’s just really sad because I have to beg for my money back now.

Same happened to me. I sent pics on PayPal of how matted it was after two weeks. I got a full refund. Don’t deal with better length. Just dispute and escalate claim.
