Super delicious Shrimp & Callaloo in Coconut Cream | Tasty Shrimp dish

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb RAW Argentinian red Shrimp ( Jumbo or larger )
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp green seasoning
• JAMAICAN GREEN SEASONI...
1 1/2 tsp fish or seafood seasoning
(I like Maggi and Jamaica Valley seasoning for this dish)
1 1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and Black pepper to taste
1/2 - 1 tbsp canola oil to cook shrimp
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, diced
Diced Bell peppers as desired
1 1/2 tbsp green seasoning
• JAMAICAN GREEN SEASONI...
1 - 1 1/2 cup Diced Callaloo
1 cup or more Kosa Coconut CREAM
2 tsps fresh thyme leaves, minced
Minced green Scotchbonnet as desired
Black pepper and more Fish Seasoning to taste
This dish serves 2 adults...unless you're real hungry and want it all to yourself of course 😄

For precooked shrimp just do a quick saute BUT I would not recommend precooked shrimp for any recipe. Raw Shrimp is best

Yes, whenever I find a good batch of fresh callaloo at the West Indian store, I wash it. I use some fresh and freeze the rest. 💖
