If only you knew how helpful you are❤️. I really need some advice 😫 I recently started wearing wigs and I usually do the bald cap method and all. It goes well for the first few hours but it then starts hurting when I flinch or squeeze my face😂 I’ve tried exceeding my hair line cause I thought it was hurting due to me spraying over my edges. Idk what I’m doing wrong 🥲

The bald cap method isn’t necessary for a good install, it’s all about the foundation tho. So if a cap is hurting your head avoid caps
