My husband and I made this last night! It tastes absolutely amazing! Thank you for your recipe!! 😭❤️ we added more chillis to make it spicier - the Sichuan peppers are the best part!! I crave Malaban so so much and just moved states, my new state doesn’t have many malaban options. This was so good. Add more chinese chilli flakes! It's spicier than the 'western' kind you'd get in the supermarkets!

as you first comment on this particular vid, a few critiques: 1. music way too loudly unbalanced. 2. instructions not enough, also the food is "genuine" to what you are used to and like but... too specific to a KZbin (or rather, social media balance), but then if you try to do what I just said, well, way too many of those ppl as it is. 3. you tried for this vid, I get it, I might also just try to cook what you did when I get a chance haha.
