I have tried this recipe of fried rice its totally fail for me because when I have done that or when I put some oil and then the paste of garlic then it started to look like in colour of black so I do not recommend to try this recipe p instead of this all things I will suggest eat dal and rice only it's my opinion on this

Well I managed to screw this up as well. Acche se paka lo ke chakkar mein and also bcoz I don’t like raw garlic flavour, I think I might have burnt the garlic or may be the lemon was kadwa, my whole rice became bitter. 😥😥.

Kuch fridge may boiled aloo (I always keep some), frozen green peas, spring onions ho toh add kar do. I make something similar with leftover rice, Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, spring onions, if available, or just a chopped onion & whatever vegetables are available in the fridge - boiled potatoes, sweet corn, capsicum, frozen green peas, boiled & sliced eggs. No accompaniments are required. 😋
