Hi Joseph! 😅 Happy to see you! Leland for the sea turtle 😊 and I wanted to see if you had tried Vibroacoustic therapy for anxiety? I don’t know how often or widespread it’s use is but it uses low frequency vibrations to stimulate cells into therapeutic states of relaxation, stress reduction and healing. I honestly thought the beach finding reveal was going to be a body. I'm glad it wasn't! I never even thought 💣. There's only been 1 body since I've lived here. A 60 ish year old man was missing and he was thought to be 'not in a good place'. Very sad. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th bomb that has washed up. They usually wait until the tide is in again, drag it out to sea and set it off. Lots of people come down to watch the mushroom cloud of water, and the boom is unlike anything you've ever heard - it's like the whole earth went bang; it is SO SO SO loud. I did wonder why they didn't take it. Maybe they came back for it, if not I suspect someone took it home as a 'cool piece'!

Hello, my nail tech used a technic I never saw before and I cannot find video on it. She used tip under the gel builder (I think it call that) and left it there. It was the most strong nail I ever got. I was wondering if anyone know video about that because I cannot seem to find some.

I did! I have another one called Elena 😆. My best friend calls me Joseph, and it ended up being what I call myself in the third person. There was a French & Saunders skit with a character called Joesph as well, which we used to love, so it may have started there!
