Teckin is great when it works, but having got a new router it won't reset. I've got two of them and they no longer work.

I think this device is dead the APK will no longer find the device regardless of wifi band or app version

I had a problem where my just went offline randomly and won’t go back online and I resettled it but it can’t find it again on the life app.

I've got two of them now that just click on/off continuously and the reset button does nothing when pressed, I'm assuming they are knackered ?

Managed to connect 2 plugs sockets to lights, thanks. However my Smart Life app does not have the same features your video shows. How can I update it?

Hi, I had to update the name of my router that appears in the WiFi list (same router, same network provider, just had to give it a different name during a reset). The smart plugs now can’t connect (they’re looking for the old network name). Is my only option to remove and re-add the plug?!

Yes you need to reset the plug and reconnect to the new wifi
