As a young girl, I used to watch my lola make Embutido. I also kept on asking her to let me try doing it. Siempre, ayaw. One day, when she was at it again, she stood up for God knows what. I took her place infront of the mixing bowl at once! And won't give up the mixing and wrapping when she came back. Now that she's gone. Her Embutido continues to live on. God bless Lola Nene's soul. And yes, l have a lot of those Kitchenomics recipes from yester years.

One of the recepi I tried is your banana bread & oh my the smell is soo good that you cannot resist to try it right away. And for the first trial I made a perfect egg pie. Hello Chef RV, watching you here in San Antonio, TX U.S nagquit ako sa trabaho ko dahil kailangan kong magpagaling I had breast cancer and until now I’m taking chemo pill at iba pang meds supporting it. Just wanna let you know na napapasaya ko ng mga video mo malungkot kapag nasa bahay lang pero kapag pinanonood kita naiinspire ako laging magluto kaya nalilibang ako. Recently. I bought a stand mixer gusto kong itry magbake. Hindi kasi ko mahilig magbake kc kailangan accurate ka sa measurement or else papalpak ung binake mo. Sanay ako nung tantiya tantiya lang kapag nagluluto pero ngaun gusto ko ng magbake. Marami na kong ginaya sa dishes na ginawa mo. I’m praying na makita kita ng personal d2 sa U.S or pag-uwi ko ulit ng Pinas.

Ang ginagawa ko po sa Embutido inilalagay ko sa plastic ng ulam (Pagoda) at saka ko palang ibinabalot sa foil. Firm sya kaya pag hiniwa mo hindi nadudurog. Then nilalagyan ko po ng Spam or Maling then dudurugin mo lang ng kamay dun sa mixture.
