Hello Marwa I would not recommend a projecter in your livingroom since you prioritized on lighting and projecters are mostly designed for home-theaters where there is low lighting. The largest Tv that can be put in that wall is the 115 inch TCL TV, though you can also explore the LG 98 Inch tv aswell

The furniture is great looking modern furniture and fits in with the modern villa style. I think Marwa is doing a great job! Does he need a designer? As an interior designer, he is doing a great job on his own, I am sure Rocio is guiding him. There are many styles today and actually what is trending right now is "everything" style. At the end of the day it is their house and their preference and how comfortable they are! I am just thrilled to watch and I am liking it!

You should spray the corner of the furniture to see, if it will take the Scotch guard spray well. It is a protector for the material.

Beautiful furniture. For a big house/ rooms I would agree with those who recommend an interior designer consultation, even virtually to cut the cost if possible. Give them the size of the room, # of furniture pieces you're working with etc. Also tell them that your style, minimalistic style but also looking beautiful and attractive at the same time. They'll give you the best advice that will appeal to the scale of the house. Please all pillows should stay, check the catalog how they were arranged.👍👍

Very nice chairs you need to get them cover with white see through fabrics that can remove and wash. You need a professional company that do nice covering. Do not let your workers sit on them The colors are white easy to dirty and will look bad Since the place is Hugh you need to buy some black leather chairs to go with the white Marwa you and Rocio have good taste. For your environment I would have ordered "soft breathable leather' not fabric it's easy to keep leather clean. And furniture is too small for the space, the black pillows are not arrange properly on the sofa, sofa has no back support don't look comfortable.
