No, all pennies that do not have a mint mark are from Philadelphia! There's only one year that the Philly mint put the mint mark on their penny, and that was 2017. That's the ONLY year that has a "P" for Philly. No other year has ever had a mint mark from Philadelphia.

They hand punched until 1991 I believe. Not 100% sure. But around that time they switched to adding it to the dies I've heard. If this is true or not I'd have to do some more research.

This video is wildly inaccurate, there are no Pennies from 1962 that are worth a million dollars. The one shown in this video is in such poor condition, it won't even be able to be graded and is at best worth it's face value. Any penny you find from 1962 with no mint mark is from Philadelphia, and it's not your ticket to a lifetime fortune. The US mint produced pennies in the 60's in 70's in the 100's of millions!! None of them are Rare or worth millions. The only penny from 1974 worth a ton of money is made out of aluminum. It was a prototype, GOOGLE IT, there was a court case in 2009, and the family involved in the lawsuit LOST! There's an example of one in Washington DC at one of the Smithsonian's. That's the only place you'll ever see one!!

Not having a D doesn't mean crap. It simply means it was made in Philadelphia. I have a dozen or more without mint mark. 606,045,00 were made. Don't listen to guy.
