Im very happy with mine. The arrows that came with it suck! And at to adjust the string to get the brace height right. Like another user said the strings to long. But its a hell of a shooter. And even quiter when you add on the silencers.

for 130 bucks with all the accessories and case, this is phenomenal. im one of those people that pour through all the specs and always over review things and want to make sure i get the best of the best for the money and even im satisfied with this deal. im really impressed how good all the cheap amazon bows are...theyre all offering pretty similar quality and shot performance but this deal with the beauty of the bow and the accesories is just unmatched. its what im getting for sure. ill most likely be getting the 35 or 40 lbs bow though haha...i havent shot a bow since i was a teen so im sure my back is pretty soft right now haha. ill want to shoot this all day and build up some technique so ill get this in a lighter version and then when ive gained some skill and back muscles ill upgrade to a 50lbs nyx 3k carbon bow

Yup. I'm gettin one, it will be my first one-piece, which I've always wanted... we'll see if I need to spend the $500+ on the other art pieces out there.. I really only care about the performance and feel

Exactly! I tell everyone starting out to get a cheaper bow just in case you end up not liking it, I've had anywhere from $100 to $2500 traditional bows and alot of the differences are only recognized by a seasoned shooter anyways, I've done just as much with a cheap bow as i have an expensive one, and you can also dress the bow up if you want your own personal look.

@@arr0w_sniper415 Thank you and totally agree! My first bow is a Summit Aluminum 25lb'er and honestly I could have gotten away with much less. I am glad I paid a little extra to support a local archery shop and get me set up right so I could go straight to practicing but now that I have this starting point I can help others get into it more cheaply too.

Just getting back into trad shooting! It's been about 30 years and I've been looking around at what's out there that won't break the bank until I figure out if I really want to do this again. Ordered this bow yesterday and was wondering what the delivery time is on this bow. PayPal went through but no confirmation from retailer as of yet! Got it for $129.99

Welcome back! And mine didn't take long at all but its also getting close to Christmas so everything is kinda slow, i know you will enjoy it ! Just curious what draw weight you chose?
@chuckhunter14108 ай бұрын
Went with the 45#! I'm 6'3" and 210 pounds but I'm getting old. Lol so I didn't wanna get carried away on poundage until I build myself back up. Back in the day I could shoot a 70# pretty easily. And I did get confirmation this morning on delivery from their warehouse here in the states 👍

It's not maple, it's zebra wood. The arrows are crap and so is the glove. The string is an inch too long, but works. The bow is phenomenal. I love mine. 500 spine gold tip traditional arrows, uncut with 125 grain inserts and 125 grain field tips are FOC of 19% and shoot like heavy hitting darts out of this bow and are whisper quiet.

Hey! I bought this bow thanks to your review and I love it, but so far 4 of my 6 arrows have broken (probably because I'm a beginner). Do you have a recommendation on an arrow I should buy? I know next to nothing about archery this is my first bow.
@arr0w_sniper41510 ай бұрын
Hey thats awesome ! What kind of target are you shooting ? Also i recommended Goldtip Traditionals or hunters.

Are the limbs more like the carbon laminated foam core limbs on the Hermit 10, or more like the fiberglass laminated maple core limbs on the Eagle 9?

Would you choose thisone over the old mountain volcano to hunt? and for target shooting?
@charlesdudley58002 ай бұрын
You said you weren't going to add silencers. But im seeing silencers on your bow.
@arr0w_sniper4152 ай бұрын
The only thing you could be seeing is the frayed ends of the flemish twist string ? I didn't put any silencers on it for this video.

Nice video. Do you think this bow would be suitable for my 31-inch draw?
@jkgkjgkijk6 ай бұрын
Yes! For hunting, but you need a 68 or better length bow to fit you properly otherwise.
@jamesmousley93388 ай бұрын
great review. Just ordered the bow at 40lb as a starter into archery. I have a 30inch draw, what arrows and weight would you recommend for target practice?
@arr0w_sniper4158 ай бұрын
Goldtip traditional

@arr0w_sniper415 great. And what spine/weight?
@jkgkjgkijk6 ай бұрын
500 or 400 spine, my friend. That's a lot of bow to be just starting out. Be careful.
@jamesmousley93386 ай бұрын
Thank you. Went with 500s and experimenting with tip weight. At my draw it measures 48lbs. Really enjoying it. But still get fatigue after an hour of shooting. Love this bow @jkgkjgkijk

Tractor supply sells them. It's 4x6 and you build a wood frame for it. They cost about 40 dollars, on sale in 2024.
