How cool is that turner tool! I have always just used a pencil to try and turn things. But this looks so easy! Thanks for sharing!

I’m doing all five at in time in my hv 360 x 200 hoop after cutting strips smaller than suggested then had a thought, next time I’ll just use two larger pieces of fabric (top and second piece at the end) and cut cut later…duh!

Can you use this on a pe800 with the jumbo hoop that you have to move? I’m thinking of the longer ones.

I have not used that hoop so cannot offer any guidance on using it. Thank you so much for watching!

I don't have a point turner. If I slipped a length of yarn between the top and bottom before it did the last stitch down, so that I could pull on the yarn through the open end, would that make me able to turn it without a tool? Does that make sense?
@CreativeAppliques3 жыл бұрын
It does make sense. But I think the yarn would get pulled out from between the fabric pieces. I am not sure it would be strong enough to pull the piece inside out. But it is definitely worth a try. Good luck!

@@CreativeAppliques Maybe ribbon would be stronger. Then just snip it off before I close it up in the hardware. I'll let you know if it works!

I ordered what she used but it’s fairly stiff so you’ll need something stronger I think

Why didn't you just place the fabric on the back of the stabilizer. Save time and have a more stable product.

Because then there would be a raw edge of fabric all the way around. This project was intended to have a sewn seam finish :)
