As someone who is working for Ryanair...try to fly on Ryanair flight from DUB to MAN or LPL...take of to landing at most 25 - 30 minutes...that flight with 20 minutes in cruising altitude is long ;)

Under the CTA (Common Travel Arrangement, an legal agreement between the UK & Ireland made way before joining the EU in the 1970s, and takes Precedence) although Ireland has full Border Controls at DUB for ALL International Arrivals (Including from the UK), no Passport is needed for either Irish or British citizens travelling directly between UK & Ireland, however most forms of Official photo ID is needed, however...when Departing Dublin on Ryanair directly to a UK Airport, only a Passport will do at the gate, if it's a photocard Driver's License, they'll only accept an Irish (or other EU), and NOT a UK one, but flying they other way UK to Ireland, a UK Licence is fine at the gate and check-in; there is a risk of being off loaded, however it isn't that likely to physically happen, and as of 2022, there was no mention anywhere on Ryanair's website about this requirement

Id be careful trusting the Ryanair app, especially at NCL. My last flight was supposed to be at 26, it tried sending ppl to Gate 19 but we checked the screens before we went bc we had seen this be a problem for loads at Newcastle.

The in-flight service is ancillary revenue for Ryanair. Think they weren't going to do it?
