Main Dough: 0:05
350 grams all-purpose flour (2¾ cups, 12.35 oz)
35 grams sugar (2¾ tablespoons, 1.23 oz)
4 grams salt (⅔ teaspoon, 0.14 oz)
3.5 grams instant dry yeast (1 teaspoon, 0.12 oz)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 grams warm milk (⅔ cup, 5.3 oz)
Filling: 1:56
50 grams light brown sugar (¼ cup, 1.76 oz)
2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
50 grams butter (3½ tablespoons, 1.76 oz)
Glaze: 2:34
150 grams cream cheese (⅔ cup, 5.3 oz)
4 tablespoons powdered sugar (28 grams, 1 oz)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons milk
My baking dish is 30 x 20 cm (12 x 8 inches).
