To make them vegan, what tweaks do you recommend ? Flax eggs, whipped or non whipped aquafaba, psyllium?

I would try using a flax egg!! I haven’t tried it yet but am starting to experiment with vegan alternatives! Stay tuned :)

Oh man, I'm experimenting pancakes in vegan version. I plan on trying out with fruit and chocolate (non-diary or dark chocolate). Try making a sort of fruit syrup for pancakes when you get the chance?

If you add a tablespoon of ACV to your milk let set for 10 minutes or use buttermilk. You will have very fluffy pancakes.

Hey Ma its ya boy wow those came out screaming good with the homemade sausage gravy I made with my biscuits and hash browns and also made French toast bellows were full.you have always came through never have u disappointed I always look forward to what your little beautiful mind comes up with next.
