As speed as we saw Robotnik had same speed as Super Form but less duration, DarkSpine had a less speed than Super Form and less duration, Phantom Dash had same speed as Super Form but still less duration (also after nerfs only 1 time using 💀)

You basically have to hit them in the beginning or go too far from them! It's not as easy as it seems though cuz in the beginning supers have to play tactfully too so they don't get too behind and have enough rings, cuz they start with low amount of rings!

So what I can gather from this is that Super boost is still the best as long as you time it right and have enough rings. Darkspine Boost is the best in terms of accessibility, it lasted forever and deals damage with the only caveat being you can't really see where you're going and you can still be damaged. Infinite boost is kinda mid tbh. It consumes rings twice as much as super.
