Super fudgy chocolate cherry cake 🍒

This one bowl recipe is a must bake for the cherry season, it’s the ultimate chocolate cake recipe and it’s beyond easy to make!
For the Cake:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp coffee
• 3/4 cup milk
For the Topping: • 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3/4th cup boiling water
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
• In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar together.
• Add the coffee and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
• Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
• Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
• Mix everything together until well combined.
• Pour the batter into a baking mould and spread it evenly.
• Sprinkle the brown sugar, cocoa powder over the batter.
• Pour the boiling water evenly on top of the mixture.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. It should be a little soft and fudgy.
• Serve the pudding warm with fresh cherries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
