The bees are buzzing round the garden at the moment making the most of the last flowers in the veggie patch - colliding with each other and Tamsin in the process! So now's the time to catch them in the last bee painting of the summer, fat and ready to hibernate for the winter! Let's get buzzy!

Diane......did I hear you say "the thistle tends to have a big, bulging bottom, like me"? I was thinking the exact thing about myself when you spoke it. This is priceless! One of the many reasons that I love your channel! If by chance I thought I heard something I did not, please forgive me.....I did get a good chuckle tho. Love the 🐝
@DianeAntoneStudio3 жыл бұрын
😂😂😂 Yes Trina, you heard right! I did say it under my breath so to speak and I wondered whether anyone would catch it! It’s a test to say, to make sure that people are listening properly!

What fun! And so pretty! I’m just in awe of the control you have over your brush and colors while still painting loosely🎨😻🐈🐈

Thank you so much! Sometimes it doesn't feel very like control... it's much a case of having faith!!

Really colorful and nice composition. I love that run/bloom/cauliflower in the left blossom! I do hope Arthur has become his usual studio terrorizing self...well, maybe not too much.

Nice one ~ thanks. I like the effects of the watercolor pencil mixing with the paints. Sweet purring kitty. They do love to sit on the paper you’re about to write/paint on, don’t they? 😻💁🏼♀️🐝

Oh poor baby. Arthur reminds me of vaccinations with my 2 children. They felt poorly for a couple of days. You feel bad because you can't take it for them. The bold is really pretty. I am going to do this on a bookmark. As always, thank you for another great tutorial!

This was fascinating! I never would have thought to use black watercolor pencil this way. You never fail to keep showing us great techniques. I have a question, Diane. When you flicked the black in the blossoms, we’re you using Payne’s Gray or black?
@DianeAntoneStudio3 жыл бұрын
I think that would have been black, if I remember rightly x

I love sharing your channel with others because I love your talent. I always feel like I'm sitting with you and painting. Tamsin, you do such a fantastic job with video production and music. It's the best most relaxing channel I've found and I can't wait to see you reach over 100K followers. You both deserve it. Putting out videos every single day is one huge commitment, but I know you do it out of passion. Love it and greatly appreciate it! Hugs from one of your biggest fans! PS - Hope your little cat is soon up and active again :)

Caroline thank you so much for your marvellous comments again! I’m so grateful to you and the other lesser fans 😂😂😂 For everything you are doing to help spread the word about the channel! It’s so kind of you to be so enthusiastic, and honestly it is what keeps us going! Sometimes I have to crack the whip at myself a bit harder and the last couple of days I’ve been a bit sleepy, but it’s all worth it to see the numbers going up! And to know most of all most importantly that people are enjoying what we do and getting something out of it is making their lives a little bit better.

Hi Diane, is a graphite pencil the same as a charcoal pencil?
@DianeAntoneStudio Жыл бұрын
No, a graphite pencil is usually called a lead pencil, just the normal kind of pencil. Charcoal will smudge a lot more. Hope this helps x

My 210 th. 😂 slaughtering my third of four pumpkins I have to be careful with my big kooksknife so I can now and than take a glimpse of your video compagnin me. I can almost tell by only listening if you are using your brush or your watercolorpencil. With your constantly telling what you do I think it is even for blind people a treat to visit your channel😂😂. I don't want to make jokes about blind people. Thanks😊wim
