Another amazing run by PJ: truly one of the most entertaining runners in GDQ history. He even conquered the first level on the bad SNES-deck. Incidentally it's partially Capcom's fault for not initializing their own variables and instead loading in a block of RAM that they thought would be zero. I found that out the hard way during a recent project with x86 Assembly. More runs should be like this: fun-all-the-way!!

Surprisingly enough -- I played this on the Switch and the Gold Armor's power from the Scythe has overall the best coverage because of the Twin Tornadoes. Plus -- If you're lucky on the Hydra boss, it can one-cycle kill it IF all 3 heads are together.

I've honestly played this game so much I should speedrun it. FYI, the tri blade as bad as a rep as it gets happens to be very useful against aramer and wreck Astaroth and Nebiroth. The Axe is still poo poo. The sickle believe it or not is a pretty top tier weapon with gold armor. It's easily spammable and can make the hard sections really easy. I personally think the cross bow is my favorite. Yeah, it does suck sometimes but it's usually my go to weapon.

Y'know how PJ is challenging himself to pick up every single weapon that drops? His least favorite weapon is the crossbow and his second least, the scythe. In this level, he's constantly been RNG'd into getting NOTHING but the scythe and crossbow even though there's eight weapons in total and there was a chance for him to get anything else.
