This Stylist completely misread this client. The client wanted a more "organic" short, texturized cut. Clients hair was way too thick to "blunt cut" She needed to "point cut" and slide cut. She used the thinning shears on the ends instead of mid shaft, so the hair remained bushy.

The stylist worked hard on this cut so she deserves credit for putting forth the effort. It’s a nice haircut although I think she should’ve just went for a texturized pixie with a slightly longer nape and with more of a natural hairline, also longer fringe area. The cut became round which is a more mature look but maybe that’s what the client wants. We can always offer our opinion but it’s ultimately up to the client how she likes to wear her style. Overall the stylist did a great job

This haircut needed to be disconnected which would have made it collapse and lay flat like the client would have wanted...... instead she ended up with a bouffant! When a client starts putting her hands in her hair, it’s because you’ve disappointed them! That’s when the stylist should now they’ve lost their game ...

she could have thinned and texturized till Monday,,,,working with thick hair is a lot of mowing first lol before the actual cut ...the clients energy changed when she pulled her hair off her forehead testing thickness ...people with thick hair always require more mirror time and thick hair grows faster getting a particular length is important ,,,I woulda tapered that mid edge at the back scissor over comb I think it looks great ...client is too watchful for the stylist to relax and let the creativity flow …..

Just by the way the girl was touching her hair , she was showing us what she was unhappy with. I GET IT...being a thick haired girl ,VERY FEW know the techniques to UNBULK it...not to even mention if they're even paying attention.

not bad, I think in a a week or two it would look much better (i.e., whet it 'settles down'). HOWEVER - I do agree with some comments below - when you let your client to sort their hair to a comfortable style, please do NOT interfere! Maybe I am too sensitive but I would feel as a kid who needs navigating otherwise is lost....

The stylist drove me crazy. When the client starts styling their own hair let them do it, don't keep going back in running your fingers threw it. The client has done that because they know what they like and are comfortable with. Leave the ego at the door please.

I would never go to a hairstylist who looks so slovenly as this one. My former one had long waves down to her hip and so was mine a dshemept it that way. Since she stopped working, I have a man who has the same beautiful waves just short of his shoulders. I was lucky because they both enjoy to keep their client's hair long and beautiful, as they want it themselves.

Would had looked much better if she stopped cutting and left the front bangs longer. I agree, she didnt know what she was doing around the ears. She kept cutting it in one direction then coming back to it and cutting it again in a different direction. The client didnt look happy with it AT ALL.... Im not sure I blame her
