Wow! I just did this sitting under a bright sun. Your meditations are so beautifully healing. I was able to release and cut chords and forgive myself. Felt so much pressure building in my heart and chest area and by the time this meditation was over the pressure was gone and I felt an overwhelming sense of self love and peace.
