Rare Carbon is some good stuff. Performs very well. Blended very well. The longevity is above average. The price is very affordable. A very good leather fragrance.

Another leather ones I enjoy is Amber & Leather. Along with Rare Carbon and Galatea. These 3 have good prices at the moment on Amazon.

I didn't like it at first but then after a few months I enjoyed it but now I'm not sure again. There is a kind of a powdery note in the dry down I'm not sure if I like

Am on the fence about this one. This was my first blind buy £27 and I won't be doing that again. I wasn't ready for this. Funny thing is when I smell the atomizer it smells great. Then I spray and immediately am reminded that am not a snob. Some powerful stuff I could still smell it after I tried to wash it off. But that when it smelt miles better still lasted about 5+ after.

This is usually the case with middle eastern fragrances, they seem to have a tendency to age in the bottle after the initial sprays. People call this "maceration" but I just call it settling. Whenever I pick up any M.E. fragrances I usually purge 10 or 15 sprays and let the bottle sit for a couple weeks because of this reason.

@@jermainesamuels4649 purge about 10 sprays and let the bottle sit for a few weeks. Aerate the bottle by shaking it until you can see a build up of small bubbles and do this shaking every day. You normally wouldn't want to do this with high end fragrances but this seems to help with middle eastern fragrances.

I love this one but my wife complains She says it is ashy.. smells like cigars But my mom asked what fragrance is this one and that it smells great So not everyone will enjoy

Strong leather frags are definitely not for everyone. My wife also doesn’t like this one 😁

Riqqa is another fragrance similar to Kharmah, maybe a bit more feminine

Galatea is another great leather fragrance which is a clone of Godolphin.

This is very strange!! All I hear about this fragrance is good things both from reviewers as well as in the comments. I ordered from Fragrance Buy last month and oh boy this smells very very very bad!! Literally it is a very bad odor. I cant even explain how it smells. I asked my son, wife and few of my friends and they couldnt smell it and turned their head away. Now I am almost convinced that mine is from a bad batch. It is not possible everyone loves it except me. By the way, i have the original TF Ombre Leather and it is one of my favorites. Please let me know if you also have one from a bad batch like mine. I left it on the shelve hoping it will macerate as the time passes.

You need to let it air out and settle. Spray 10-15 sprays to let some oxygen into the bottle and then shake the bottle until you see small bubbles forming. Shake it every day for a few weeks then try smelling it again. This probably already happened within those 2 months that you've owned it so try smelling it again, if not try what I suggested.

Al Absar Saqar is a better clone in my opinion. It has more of a "leather" feel closer to OL where Rare Carbon is more "floral"

All atomizers that I have from afnan are great Lattafa and armaf are hit or miss on that matter

Hey! One sweet leather fragrance that I really like is Philipp Plain No Limit$. It’s not a middle eastern frag but can usually be found for a good price, and the performance is also solid! :)
