This is by far the most concrete we have cleaned in this channel to date. This HOA community hired us to clean a load of sidewalks on the perimeter of their clubhouse including a few miscellaneous areas. The day started off a little rocky due to me shredding the belt on my 12gpm pressure washer but we were able to get that fixed thanks to Ameritech in Tampa.
After 3 hours we returned to get back on the saddle and crank out more concrete cleaning. We worked until nightfall and returned a few days later to wrap the project up which all came out great. Thanks to Dujuan at L&L Management Services for the help with this massive pressure washing job.

Market to them. Go into networking groups that meets biweekly or monthly in your area, join a BNI group, cold emails, cold calls, and go into the premises that you see is dirty.

Hey brother. The bed I believe is 12-13ft long. I bought it for 13k and it had equipment on it which I've sold 90% of it. And then rebuilded it. They can be expensive but there are some great deals out there.

Hey thanks. Yes you will be ready just keep reinvesting into your business. I use a gopro hero 10 black. But in the past I've used a gopro hero 7 black as well. They all are great. You don't need the latest one to capture good content.

How has that Isuzu set up been for you? Does it ever make residential work difficult as far as parking and working in tight spaces? I currently have a 6x10 trailer rig plumbed for one man that I pull with my truck but I don’t see how it has any advantages over the Isuzu setup so I think that’ll be my next big upgrade

It's been awesome. Especially with it comes to doing big jobs like in this video. I did have to make some repairs to it but it is what it is. I wouldn't trade it for anything. In fact I would buy another one in a heartbeat If I needed to.
