Ambiguous Fox he listened to the critics. This is what makes a real musician! He knew his weakness were improv but he learned from it. You have to if you're with phenoms that can play slow emotional songs or super fast licks! Looks like rust was trash this time.

All the players displayed their prowess and proficiency on their guitars of choice. Rusty perhaps was nervous..maybe.. since he's sharing the stage with all those other great players especially Tony MacAlpine and John Petrucci etc. I bet anybody would be nervous probably. Imagine your guitar heroes invited you all of a sudden to do an impromptu jam onstage..and they're some of the guitar heroes that you look up to..definitely you'd be excited..and nervous as hell at the same time once you set foot on that stage. I respect them all in this vid. Because each one of them has something to offer in terms of playing styles and so on etc. Love them all! 😎🤘🤘🤘❤

At least Jason is learning bro. He earn my respect! He knows improv isn't his strength but he's getting better. Rusty another hand the dude has a endorsement with Dean guitars and has 2 decades of playing and the fucker can't even improv besides his autistic shrilling! Dean needs to cancel his endorsement deal his trash.

Jason does not sound like John at all. Don’t know what you heard. And his improvisation has improved so much.

@@smitapawah4236 funny how everyone is talking shit about these guitar God's, and when they meet them in person they are like, "OMG JOHN, JASON, RUSTY, I'm such a big fan of yours." Yeah dude, talk shit about them from behind, and then I front of them act like an annoying crow, and scream in their ears.

Jon Finn was so effin melodic each time he played 😭 And idk, but it seemed like Jason's volume was kinda low during his improv solo parts.. :(

Jason and Rusty should have played in the metal/shred jam, and Guthrie in this one.

Hang on a second!! Did Jason just tease Nasty by Polyphia here? 10:07 - 10:40. If i am correct i think he is playing exactly the same solo as the one from Nasty, just in a different key pherhaps. Seriously go listen and tell me what you think o.o

Yeah that pretty much sucks. It’s an improv. He should not have to rely on already written down material. It completely defeats the purpose of an improv.
