Thank you for this comment. Yes, it was a lot of work. I always put my whole heart into projects, and since I grew up with the JP8000 and these songs, the sounds had to be reproduced as closely as possible on Ti. I am also lucky that the songs you hear in the presentation were created by producers I personally know!!! Regards

We use both JP and Virus Ti2 in our trance productions and know both intimately. This is a VERY good effort. Can't believe some of the less positive comments on here. "Sounds like a VST".. made me chuckle...VSTs are great now, but thats not the point.

Never mind that. Jupiter is mono. You can make JP 8000 sounds from Omnisphere by not using the Unison mode, but making 7 oscillators detuned. As Unison mode brings weird result on that machine.
@ultimateXsounds8 ай бұрын
@@gergelytoth5613 What about Jupiter ? Basicly I only use unison when justified.

Nothing can replace the original Roland JP 80x0 Supersaw wave. No matter how hard I try to achieve a similar sound on my Access Virus C or Access Virus Ti 2, they sound too poor and dull compared to the divine JP.
@ultimateXsounds10 ай бұрын
Nothing will replace the Roland JP, just like nothing will 100% replace the Prophet 6 or MOOG synthesizer. However, nothing stops you from trying to get closer to these beautiful sounds. Anyway with " SUPERJX8000" we managed to create sounds that no one could reproduce correctly even on the JP8000. I'm happy with that

It’s like the difference between a Tele and a Strat. Both are good guitars, but each have their own unique tone and feel. Regarding virus, I like to stack two parts in multi mode same midi channel layer with on left 9 o’clock and pan right 2 o’clock. It def has some nice supersaw unison sound.
@maccagrabme4 ай бұрын
I think the Virus Ti sounds a tad brighter than the JP but apart from that I dont hear any significant difference. mind you I dont produce Trance but listened to it all the way through the 90s and as a causl listener I couldnt tell the difference in a mix. What is it that I'm overlooking?
@fallenleaf244 ай бұрын
@@maccagrabmethe ear training you get while producing allows you to hear the nuance whin sounds. It’s a skill that a listener doesn’t get to hone because you can’t affect the change to hear its differences. That’s probably what’s missing. I know that I just got back in the studio after 8 years. & each week the nuances I hear in things increases

Are you thinking about ever doing a dedicated Handsup soundset with recreations of old songs? Or do you have one already?
@ultimateXsounds10 ай бұрын
Many of the created libraries, including SUPER JX8000, Nemesis, Dark Project, cover many of the sounds from Handsup. Maybe except for the bass sounds.

@PlayGameToday10 ай бұрын
@@Arcessitor if you need buzzer leads - go to original Roland JP8000 or SH-201. Access Virus has a blurr buzzer leads. You cant achive the same cascada-like sounds coz they was produced on JP8000

All well and good for the T1 but you have got to remember these sounds came from the JP8000 with all the sliders for env/amp/filter/rez and supersaw detune. Try doing that on the fly through a menu. For all of that, nice sounds though.

90% of producers use Mac computer DAW's. Have you ever heard of Ferry Corsten? Of course you have! He uses a Mac Pro in his studio. So does Mike from PUSH. Put out your soft synth compatible with OSX. It is 2024. Macs reign....

You ask a lot of money for so few presets, while it's very easy for making supersaw presets on the TI. I recreated Sash!'s Ecuador preset, and a lot of others like Gigi D'Agostino L'amour Toujours those are much harder. I'm gonna make a video of old classics but not making money of presets.
@ultimateXsounds8 ай бұрын
No a few mate ! 176 presets ! Supersaw this is not quantum science, but as it turns out, supersaw can be very interesting. It sounds different on each device. Each sound you hear here also sounds different. And yet it's still the same Hypersaw. Post a link if you have the material ready. I'll be happy to listen
