My theory is that they are using old laptops that can barely run the game while trying to use very terrible laptop touch pads or old wireless mice. One of my friends played Minecraft on a laptop that averaged 5 fps for about 2 years (He eventually got a decent laptop), and another friend tries to play Smite on his Macbook Air (I know I told him not to get it) and it lags down to about 10 fps if there are more than 2 characters on the screen at once. These kids trying to play these games on their dad's old laptop that barely runs, and that makes it really hard to aim and they lag constantly during battles. I remember having the same problems trying to play games on crappy computers as a kid.

I'm pretty sure that's part of the reason. I've seen people use laggy computers and do fine, but unless you play video games all the time and know what you are doing it makes it that much harder for younger kids and casuals to do well.

The thing that most frustrated me when i played overwatch is that they all play this game like a deathmatch. No team, all run in one by one, get killed, dont reflect, do the same again. This happend on platinum. The difference here is that they have bad aim on top of that, but thats okay. They are casuals and unexperienced. Aim comes with time. But please get the basics and play as a team.

to get the guns have nothing to do with rank or skill even, it is all about how many matches you play. if you play hundreds of matches you will be able to get enough wins to get a golden gun, even if you have an 80% loss rate. having a high rank just means you get a free golden gun as a competitors price.
