Robert, here’s how not to get sick. When you go to the casino do not touch your face anywhere. Those machines are GROSS!!! Think about peoples hands, coughing, sneezing, picking, dirty and unwashed after using the bathroom! You sit at the buffet room door playing and as a previous saved by Christ gambler I can wager you don’t wash before eating. You don’t clean your recording device after leaving nor do you sanitize your hands after leaving. Stay away from people, don’t get close. Yeah all that Covid cleaning is something we should do a lot of. Clean your cart handle at the store and sanitize your hands when you get to your car. It works! Laughing about high cholesterol isn’t funny, your heart and arteries are clogging up, heart attack and or stroke waiting to happen but hey, you’ll die skinny right? Makes no sense. Eat sensibly and exercise more. You can move your body even with sore knees. I know my legs are shot. Yeah I’m preaching Robert only because I care! God bless.

@@robertferguson64 I was on Atkins before Carnivore became cool. Meat diet. My cholesterol went sky high on it and my heart is clogged. Yeah I’m on heart medications now. My dr literally said to me my blood was like gravy. You have convinced yourself it’s healthy. How do I know? I listen to you talk yourself into and out of things thinking out loud, on video. Anyway. I don’t need to look it up I live with the consequences. God bless. Once again sensible diet and exercise.
