Having played Super Mario All Stars growing up I was disappointed that the original Super Mario Bros was never given the "Advance" treatment (sure, we had Super Mario Bros Deluxe on Game Boy but it used the NES graphics). I bought the GBA versions of Super Mario Bros 3 and World for my GBA when I had it, but missed my chance at getting the GBA port of Super Mario Bros 2. This made me buy Super Mario All-Stars on Wii as well as hacking it onto my SNES Classic and playing it on the Switch Online SNES library (we had sold our original SNES ages ago, a regret I still have to this day).
