The "yellow submarine" is actually the spaceship from the Super Show episode "Stars in Their Eyes". The logo also looks like the Korean Super Show VHS logos, which means this might actually be official. (If you saw the box art for VHSes of the Korean version of Super Show you'd know they did some ugly and weird stuff with it.)

If you handed me the bootleg Mario figure back in the day, I'd swear it was an official toy. Mainly because vintage Mario merch was DIRE! Mostly PVC figures with a thick coating of paint, most of them at least looked like him. I would have killed for the action figures we have now. Of course, if you gave me the entire box as a kid, I'd love it unconditionally since it had the cartoon series Mario on it. And I don't doubt for a second there was old stock art of Mario on a skateboard back in the day you'd see on a trading card or sticker set.
