no he wasn't. there are enemies in super mario world that are known as magikoopas. kamek himself is A magikoopa (as well as the most notable) who debuts in super mario world 2 yoshi's island

I had an idea that I thought was interesting. Evolution of fake-outs in Sonic games. Basically, any time in a Sonic gane, when the player is led to believe something, then something else happens. For example, in Sonic 3 and Knuckles, when you beat Mecha Sonic MK2 as Knuckles but, instead of destroying it, it transforms into Super Mecha Sonic. I think a video like that would be very interesting.
