All those games use voice clips that were already used in other Mario games. And, umm... you know Mario never even talks AT ALL in Paper Mario, right?! And the only time he ever talks in Super Mario Maker is when you start a level, and it just used the signiture "Let's a go!" that's existed for YEARS now! There was no point to include those games in the video.

Charles Martinet is great. He makes great voices for Mario, Luigi (also Child versions), Wario and Waluigi. I can't imagine a future for Mario games when he is dead.
