after doing frame by frame. neo won by literally 3 in-game frames (6 stream frames). the game runs at 30fps so neo won by 1/10th of a second. assuming that the video feeds were synchronized (which when you do So many races at one event I assume they are). that's incredible. (Also the 1/10th a second difference also adds up in the 6 frames of KZbin when you account for the fact that KZbin runs in 60fps) and just incase you didn't believe that. calculating the difference using the in game race clock gives you 1/10th a second as well. talk about a photo finish.

it was 12 frames.... technically. The game on the right started 5 frames earlier, and finished 7 frames after. total of 12 frames... out of 60fps= 1/5 a second or 0.2 seconds.
