5 Alive is pretty hard to find in the U.S., but does exist- I work at a retirement home that uses Minute Maid juice dispensers and one of the drinks is 5 Alive. Apparently it's much easier to find in Canada and the U.K. where they still sell it in bottles, cans, and cartons
