That balloon that you couldn't get at the nine minute mark was an out of bounds balloon, the person who hid the balloon did a clip that made him go through the collision of the wall. Putting your balloon out of bounds is really good if somebody who knows how to do the clip doesn't play your balloon.

Lake Kingdom: Lake Skip Wooded Kingdom: Hidden Platform Lost Kingdom: Inside the Cage Metro Kingdom Where the Rocket Is Snow Kingdom Inside a Moving Block ( push a brown block that leads to a door and hide it where it was place it should come up in side it. ) Seaside Kingdom: Hidden Room Luncheon Kingdom: Up The Volcano Bowser's Kingdom: On Top of the Flags past the Wall Moon Kingdom: Near The Bell ( Possible ) They and Check them and see if you can do them!
