Super Mario Odyssey - New Donk City (Piano)

Having played through all of Odyssey by now, I can say this is easily still my favorite level theme from the game. I'm a sucker for that big band jazz style, after all.

How do you go about transcribing the music? It's amazing!

My guess is that you would just listen and hear notes. Seems easy, but then you got to go about making it unique and giving it flavor.
