They do make some questionable decisions though, you usually have to do the work yourself since the AI will sometimes go derp during mini game hours. Also Bowser skipping out on a star? That’s something you don’t see everyday.

It is smart, if he wants to have any chance at beating them to the star. Of course, he could wait for them to get it and hope it comes back in front of him, but AI don't tend to think that far ahead in any game.

Well.....technically, it'd be smarter for him to do that when he's sitting on a beneficial space (like Item Space or Ally Space) so he can keep getting it on the bad rolls, but yeah, he's trying to make up the difference. I'm guessing he's sticking to that die on that spot because he doesn't lose coins on the bad rolls, which.....is a silver lining of sorts, I suppose :P

"That's not how structural integrity works!" ...Um. Actually it kind of is. xD The more weight on the base of the structure, the more structurally sound the base is. In exchange, the top topples more easily. Sure, if you *do* break the base, you can take more out at the same time. But it will be harder and take longer than just doing it all from the top down. The best strategy for that particular minigame is to find that perfect sweet spot in the middle somewhere that'll knock down a lot of blocks above it without being too difficult to move.

Wanna know what my favourite part of this series is? How even it consistently is. It’s nice to see a game that Dan and Arin can both compete in where one doesn’t vastly outclass the other. Makes it much more exciting. Obviously Arin has prior experience but it certainly doesn’t seem to be holding Dan back in the mini game department. Hats off to Nintendo for their great mini game design in this game.

On "Block and Load" you actually have to shoot the top first with the team, but it is a bit faster. In my games the 3 always win that one, but I've seen new players struggle and the 1 win on KZbin series.
