But one Part really shivered our spine because they started to Talk about an IP protection that prevents them to get too Creative with Mario universe. This is not the exact quote, but very similar "Since Sticker Star, its no longer posible for us to create or modify characters that touched the Mario universe" They also mentioned how they tried to push that boundaries, hence why characters like Bobby existed. Yeah, people on general were very sad by knowing that.

You're getting it all wrong. The Wii U failed because it was extremely unclear what the product even was. A lot of consumers did not know it was a console and assumed it was an accessory for the Wii. It's CPU and GPU were also lackluster compared to other 8th generation consoles.

Adding that the exclusives at launch weren´t very interesting either, they have to pass over a year in order to have the best Wii U games. Some of them sadly coming out to late to do something for the poor Wii U, like BotW case.

I don't care what anyone says, origami king is still great, the music, the visuals, the bosses being art supllies, the writing and jokes were great, yeah the comabat system isn't the best (I would argue it's at least better than sticker star and even super paper mario), yeah, there is no companions, which kinda sucks, yes, Olly is not a super cool villain like some of the original characters we had before, but in the game context, I think he is fine. I honestly feel like since sticker star, paper mario has been climbing up slowly this hole of darkness it found itself in since super paper mario. and I'm gonna be honest, I get that the old games were beter, for sure, but man, the fans are a bit obnoxious

Can I just say this right now. I do not hate NSMB2/U/LU, In fact I like them a lot. I feel people focus too much on how they look like the Wii and DS one instead of how really good 2d platforms they are. Yeah I’m coping that I grew up with the worst generation of Mario games, while actually liking those games, yes even NSMB2. Yes even paper jam, MK7 3D land. Yes Even sticker star I repeat I like sticker star. I have never played any other paper Mario game before then. Since then I’ve played and loved the origami king and I really want to play the other ones.

Even though its a small detail you forgot 3D all stars near the end of the video - a completely disastrous blip in Nintendo Switch mario. No Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Super Mario 3D Land, artificial removal from the E-shop after a certain period (a middle finger to the developers that made the remake and also it led to high markup prices of physical copies all for absolutely no reason, Nintendo lose money from this and resellers made bank) and it was by all means a low quality remake, just watch a video of all the issues. and also patching mainly fun bugs as oppose to bugs that were actual issues people despised, most of the speedrunner tricks don't work on 64 despite them being harmless.

This is not a remake, these are hd ports of the original versions, but never the version most people knew about 64 was made by "shindo" version that was an "uprgrated" version of original game realised only in japane Sunshine is made by European version, not much new Galaxy was made with "Nvidia shield" version made for chinese only system, which removed motion control If we want to talk aboud ruining people hard work, say Super Mario 35, at least you can get 3D all stars by phisical version still
