I would like this Chaos Edition a whole lot better if it replaced some of the unfair useless codes (like camera screw and fall state) with some of the funny codes that were in SM64 Chaos (like fast music, turning into Giant Mario or Sign Mario, and of course, Mario Acapella)

Unfortunately, the way this one is done is just by running a cycle of corruption effects instead of messing with the game engine and coding directly, so the fun stuff is possible but extremely unlikely, while the frustrating stuff is super common just due to the nature of corruption effects

I'm not gonna lie. Seeing them get the teleport glitch and the random damage glitch when they had the perfect trajectories literally split seconds before they would have smashed through the window for the shine was hilarious.

I feel like this chaos edition is a lot worse than the 64 one. The 64 chaos had much more variety, in this it's just the same 5 or 6 codes repeated over and over again. And half of those are codes where you just can't do anything for minutes at a time. Plus there's not even any funny ones like in 64 when you'd transform into a sign, or get really big, or when it would mess with the game audio

you can still complete the level after getting booted off you can still attatch rockets and dont have to worry about bullet bills or waiting to get another rocket or manage the difficulty of moving while shooting

You can try to fix the save file by going into where memory card saves are being stored in the emulator (either a dedicated folder, or the same place as the rom, or elsewhere), delete the save file (File name should be something like “Super Mario Sunshine.sav), load the savestate, and save the game! The emulator should automatically create a new file and save like normal then! If it still doesn’t work, you may have somehow disabled saving, which can most likely be fixed by going into the emulation settings, and changing some memory card or save related settings! Hope this helps! Good luck on the rest of your adventure! REMEMBER: Man is smarter than machine! Show that chaos edition who REALLY runs PB&JEFF around here!

Here’s the thing though, Peebs 100% already knows this. He’s complained about it a million times before, but right now, I don’t think they’re actually trying to beat the game. It seems to me like their goal really is to get as many shines as possible in this almost impossible mod. Plus they get levels faster this way which gives them more to work with and us more to watch.
