For those who are wondering why the voice sounds so weird, many of the songs in the SMB3 and SMBW cartoons were sung by the voice actors for the Koopalings in their characters' voices (I have no idea why). This was sung by Gordon Masten, the voice actor for Big Mouth Koopa. Honestly, I think he sounds pretty good considering how hard it probably is to sing in such a scratchy, irritating sounding voice. It helps that the song is a banger too.
