We already have Super matches. They are called the World and Olympic Finals, and Olympic Trials. These guys are selling out to Vegas and TV, turning our sport into boxing or MMA. Mark my words, this is bad news. We do not beg for "our shot" in this sport, we survive and advance. When wrestling has lost it's way, the world has truly lost it's way. Welcome promoters. Walk right in and ruin us like you have all the other sports. Depressing. The Don Kings and Dana Whites of the world have finally gotten their hooks into us. Nice promo Jordan. How much they paying you? Thank you so much Ben Askgren. You guys really don't care any more if you get a payday, do you? You think "promoting" our sport is worth losing it. I am sure the matches will be great. How long before we start wondering if matches were thrown? Go ahead, tell me that the refs having the leeway to decide the winner on their whim is a good thing. Money is a higher value to you than the values that our sport is supposed to teach. Thanks for jumping in to make the people their money and pervert our sport for your entertainment. Hating? Don't be ridiculous. Hating describes someone that is jealous and just wants to tear people down for spite. I believe I explained very well that my aim was to defend our sport from what I believe are bad influences. You apparently do not have the ability to form any good counter-responses to the points that are being made, or perhaps you stand to make some money here yourself, or you do not care as long as you get your adrenaline fix. Any way you slice it, reducing my intentions to the word "hating" is just a lazy and ignorant attempt that re-enforces the points I made about the state of our society. I guess I cannot blame you. Our educational system and the sports entertainment complex have conditioned you well to such self-interested and shallow ways of expressing yourself about this subject.
