This is a happy meal toy I got a long time ago, and it still works. On the back, the copyright is dated to 2003. The game is a spin-off (or something like that) of Sega's Super Monkey Ball franchise.

It's a Happy Meals toy from around 2003. I guess McDonald's was doing a promotion with Sega at the time, I don't remember the exact circumstances behind how I got this toy.
