Also she not meet dyrroth until late stage of the game, buying Sea as first item is totally waste if she want to counter dyrroth lifesteal not counting her base dmg already high to the point she just need 2-3 shot to kill him.

The great dragon spear on lesley is a waste. She stands still when she uses her ult, no use of that extra movement. We can go for extra damage replacement like a BOD easily here. What a braindead build.

No it's not braindead. You can clearly see him insta cancelling his ult to chain multiple passives, he benefits from the item passive. Since he didn't build any boots, dragon spear can make up for the lost movement speed while also providing crit chances and cdr.
