From what I understand, games with a pick feature like dancing drums are "weighted" in favor of the mini. Let's say 47%, then the minor maybe 21%, followed by the major possibly 13%, then grand at around 6+ %? These are not real odds, just examples of the possible in game setup. This is why you see the mini so often. Still a great session. Be well, and stay safe all.

The only issue I have with this dancing drum variant is more of your money will help build the super grand jackpot. That means that when you spin, you might not get as many wins or if you do win, the amount won would be less. Often times, I feel the pay out rate to at least get some of your money back tends to be better when the machine has lower jackpots. Perhaps it holds true because I once played a machine where the max was $5,000. Maybe it's a low amount for some but after I was about $2,000 or so in. The machine froze and I looked up. Oh I won the grand jackpot lol. But of course eventually the house always wins as the money over time went back to the casino when I came back and gambled some more. But it was so much fun especially when I could earn some casino comps. I do enjoy playing the regular dancing drums because I feel like the pay out ratio is better. And i have gotten the major a few times at about the $800.00 mark. Othertimes id get the drums where my prize payout would be a $1,000 which is just under the $1,200 jackpot threshold for the tax man. I dont know but I tend to win more money from the regular machines. And my max bets are the same. Either the $8.88 or $10.00 spin. I prefer $10 because its an even number. Easier to keep track at what I spend etc.
