@NerdECrafter I've seen a second type of locker from real littles before, so I do think there might be different things in that one. It was a purple locker with a pastel gradient door and a rainbow backpack (or a red one if I remember correctly). I can't for the life of me find it sold online, though. I can find some pictures of it and a few with links, but they lead to out of stock pages, so if they were sold online they no longer are. I don't know if the other one was maybe produced in very small amounts or exclusive to Europe or so, but I know I've seen it and since I can find a few pictures (some with the RL logo on it) it should be out there too. If I see it in the store again, I will look into them a bit more, though! (though I doubt they'll still be there as RL always sells quick here).

Locker chandeliers were definitely a thing when I was in high school. My mom didn't have the money but I always thought they looked very pretty. Some girls had the carpets, cool magnets, shelving, and lights.

I found one & turned it into a christmas tree ornament one year. After that, it was used for my monster high house I've been building for way too many years. Led, on/off switch, awesome. My locker (middle & high school) was always just a jumbled mess, and for some reason I, the shortest in school, ALWAYS ended up with the TOP locker. So, any hooks they had (I think high school had a hook) were pointless. I never bothered to "decorate" mine - it wasn't worth it to me, and I'd have required a step-ladder anyway lol.

I did a little googling and noticed the packages for these don't say "Collect them all". This is probably a good indicator that they are all the same versus them having different combinations of various items. Something to keep in mind when looking at other Real Littles products. I can’t help but feel responsible for the saltiness felt over these lockers 🙈 there are different colours available, but after searching they’re super hard to find as they’re discontinued. (The items are the same, just different colours). Interestingly though, my daughter got a pencil and not a pen in her locker. She loves it, but then she is 7… I’m so glad you got the lockers! But I’m also sorry for the salt 🙈

The weirdest thing I’ve put in my locker was back in kindergarten, I put a muffin in there to save for later! I eventually threw it out after about a month! I don’t have lockers now because of the pandemic, but I’m hoping for 6th grade I get one!! Fingers crossed 🤞

I had a friend in school who lived up on the hill in a bigger house, she had a horse and took riding lessons, competed all that stuff. Her dad was an architect or builder, built a single home on a tiny area right off the road, and named the street after his daughter. Heidi Lane. Must be fun. My best friends dad owned several businesses and that was my first job working there, a stationery and gift shop. I still love stationery

Locker chandeliers were totally a thing in my high school. Never had one myself because by my junior year I never used my locker anyway, but it used to be this whole thing. They sold so much stuff for lockers, my favorite were the magnetic cups for holding pencils. They fell down half the time you closed the locker. Marvelous things. These are the perfect size for dolls, just a bit shorter than my Draculaura doll when she sits on her stand.

I wouldn’t open the Real Littles locker at all, however I did unboxed my Real Littles purse that had a pretty pink butterfly on it & loved that it came with 16 cute nail stickers(since I like my nails painted with a little decoration on each nail), I love the purses better 🥰🥰🥰

This reminds me so much of my first Barbie! She had a big yellow locker, a little notepad disguised as a handbag and mini stamps and stickers, I think? You could write a note and put it in a slit in the locker, which had a turning mechanism, so it was a "secret mailbox" or something like that. This was around the year 2000 Edit: I found it online, it was the "Secret Messages" Barbie, released in 1999

I remember having lockers at my high school but it was odd. One, they were only for juniors and seniors. Two, you had to give the school $50 for the year as a security deposit. My friends and I found a loophole. Each of us pitched in a bit of money and used the locker to store only romance novels as well as fantasy novels. The school didn’t like it but we were never told to stop so yeah. That was a thing.

A little late to the party. But as a Canadian who grew up in the 90s and early 2000s, I got my first locker in grade six. Throughout the time that I was in school, this extra decoration wasn't a thing for our lockers. At most, I had a locker shelf, a mirror, and pages torn from teen magazines for my locker decoration. Sometimes I had temporarily attached stickers from the local radio station - attaching them with scotch tape instead of peeling and sticking to stay in compliance with the no sticker policy. I remember in junior high school, a teacher came to our class about locker cleanliness because someone let their leftover lunches pile up in a locker over the course of the school year and it stunk.

As an English grain ☕😌, I had my first locker in year seven in high school (which is sixth grade according to google 😅) It was so low to the ground that I had to sit on the floor in the corridor to access it and play a game of dodge to not get kicked 😂. The whole locker thing really does bring me back to middle school. (I didn’t use a locker in high school because my school was so big and my locker was in a building where I only had one class) RIP my back. I don't remember any earlier point, but I know we had them in high school. Freshmen and Sophomores got to use whatever lock we wanted for ours, but the Juniors and Seniors had to use the ones with the combo lock built into the door. Each of those lockers had a floor level locker and one mounted atop of it. I prefer key locks because I keep having nightmares of forgetting my combo. :( I also never decorated mine - just used it for storage since my backpack otherwise would have been unbearably heavy since each text book felt like 2-3 lbs. And sometimes the distance between classes was large enough that I had to carry more than one class's worth of stuff. And then in my grad year some underclassmen decided to drench all the Senior/Junior locker dials with some kind of syrup. So that was fun to deal with until it got cleaned up. :/

I personally like these the best out of all of the real littles, the locker is the right size for desk storage and looks cute. I dont think that this range was marketed as a collect them all toy, but just a small locker that the owner themselves can customise. I've stuck my own stickers on and dawn on it with sharpie. its great for storing my Washi tapes

Because if you are going to buy a few to customize it, you're going to have a lot of duplicates. Having variants of the same item would already be better because maybe out of two lockers, one of the carpets would suit your customization better. Or variants of the wallpaper instead of the same three. Customizing it sounds like a cute idea but I'd feel like I wasted some money if I were to buy it, push all the extra accessories aside just to customize it myself.

New Zealand doesn't really do lockers. In some high schools, you can rent a locker for the year, but it's a cube-shaped locker, they're limited in number and some require you provide your own padlock (aka providing other students countless hours of fun working out how to break into your locker to steal your stuff). First come first serve.
