I don't think it's saturation, as it looks fine. It might be clarity or texture, because texture looks to have a bit more graining.

Honestly the only thing that holds these kinds of graphics showcases back are the maps. It’s nobody’s fault though, because of course all the Kunos tracks were made in 2014, and obviously the standards for graphics were lower. It’s just unfortunate since you can do everything you can to make every other part look real, but all your hard work gets ruined by something like a very obviously 2D tree, a low-poly kerb or barrier, or some really awful looking grass.
