Namaskaar bhaai ji, mehenat to aapne bhi nahi ki. Humare badhe budhe khaskaas ko baaki sab cheezon ke saath makkhan ki tarah peestey thy, buttery paste banaate thy. Phir wo thandai mein medicinal properties aa jati thi. Mota mota rehene se gut health par bura asar aata hai. Sil batte par peestey hai aaj bhi log.

Soak dal moong for 3-4 hours, then dry it in air, heat oil in wok, fry this air dried moong till lightly gold then take it out and spread it on paper, sprinkle salt plus if you like chat masala otherwise salt enough
