@@boltzero2772 Those you mentioned are recently appeared in Alpha 3. The Balmarian only have the information about units in Alpha 1 which sent by Laodicea before he died.

@Santiago Scarpino Actually I'm not sure on how it goes anymore. Banpreios worked because the game was still under Banpresto. But now since it's Bandai Namco, not sure if the name still checks in with the game theme (it still clicks with me though). Maybe SRX may end up being saved...

SRW@3 was a great game but this scene would have worked better if we had to go through the ordeal, they simply didn't want to animate SRX/R1/R2/R3 for the game and used a static destroyed SRX instead.

中破した戦闘絵なのって自分が知ってる限りこれだけ(ついさっき知ったから動画で探した)なので股間部を除いて脚が丸ごと無かったり頭部も破損してR-1の頭部が露出したりとリアルで痛ましい…。αでは強かったためにここまでボロボロだと絶望感が半端ない。

(Bit of a late response, but...) Apparently Hazal started up their Uranus System and allowed them to move when they couldn't before. Ryusei charged, knowing it was a trap, but seeing no other alternative.

How did the SRX get so badly damaged?

Since the SRX greatly contributed to repelling the initial Balmarian fleet in the first Alpha game, this time they came prepared to exploit its vulnerabilities, having studied the super robot thoroughly beforehand. It's also from analyzing past combat data that the Balmar came to the conclusion that its vital Tronium engine can be forcefully taken. It didn't help that since the EFSF decommissioned the SRX (and the titular team) after the end of the first game, only to put it back together post-haste because a bigger fleet was coming towards Earth, the research the Balmarians managed to gleam from their past defeats became spot-on. This not only allowed their special forces to weather the SRX down enough that they can easily cart away the engine and Aya, but also led to the combination Balmar machine, Gador Vayikran, which uses a mechanism similar to the SRX! SRX and R units gone for eternally. It was really heavy blow for Ryusei to lose R-1, SRX, and Aya at same time Later, they made AR units units in hurry, which cause malfunction ( they no longer can be separated and they have no time to fix that since they are in middle of war) . Though they should have more time in OG to make perfect version unlike Alpha version.

Robert Clark Late response: No the ART-1 is a different machine that lacks a combination ability, it’ll likely be the basis for the R-1 Altered though.

@@greeeed i hope so; i always thought "how could they be permanently combined, they can be dissasembled the old fasioned way, but yeah, what you say makes sense. that said, this better allow us to see the separate ar units, even if briefly. ps, how the heck isn't aya already gone? there's no trace of R-3 at all!

Of course OG is going to destroy SRX. Super Robot Spirits did it (Spirits is a sequel to Shin) and Alpha 3 had it, so they're not going to miss out. And you can get enough EN through the EN Glitch. It doesn't help, you still won't be able to attack, much like Dygenguar in Alpha 2 (though that could through the use of a different glitch.)

Akatsuki Kyouske I figured, also the R-3 is there, it was torn up in the battle (which is also emphasized when Ryusei tries to undo the SRX’s combination but can’t due to an attack that struck a vital point in the machine.)

@@BassGSothertype no i mean I dont see the R3 at all. The only thing i see from the damaged SRX is only R1 and R2. Its not like that they have a fused cockpit like in Power Rangers. If the R3 isnt there then Aya cant be with them but you could see Aya Talking when they got hit by that aerogater
